Click the profile Icon located on the top right of any page. Log into your account and scroll down, all of your orders will be listed. Click on your order number to view your order status. Once shipped, you will receive a tacking number via email!
Our goal is to have all orders shipped within five business days of your card being charged? Why so long? Sometimes we have to special order books for our subscribers. It occasionally takes us an extra day to ensure we match the right book with the right reader.
Click the profile Icon located on the top right of any page. Log into your account, located on the top left above the "Account" heading, click on "Manage Subscriptions." Click on the second option, "Billing Information." Your current payment method will be shown. If you'd like to change your card on file, simply click "Update Card" located under your card information.
